Question? |
Will the remote control keyfob work with my
car alarm? |
ANSWER! |
|
| No. However, the company that installed your PowerMax alarm system can
connect your garage door opener to the PowerMax so that the same remote control will work
with your garage door and your alarm system. What's more, by using the PowerMax keyfob as
a garage door opener, the RF signal is truly secure. |

Question? |
How can I tell when the house sitter/maid
service comes and goes? |
ANSWER! |
|
| Your PowerMax security system can store up to 4 telephone numbers in its
memory. These telephone numbers can be sent to a pager, cell phone or your work phone. The
system can be programmed by your installer to notify you via one of these numbers whenever
the system is armed or disarmed. If the system is programmed to call a telephone, you will
get a prerecorded voice message telling you the state of your PowerMax system. If you only
want to "spot" check your PowerMax system, you may access the system's event log
by pressing the asterisk '*' key. Enter the master code (the display and system voice will
ask you for it!). Press 'SHOW/OK' to scroll through the system history. As always pressing
'AWAY' and then 'OK' will exit and return you to the normal state. |
